Funny shot and well composed. I think the crop on the left is just right placed, not an easy one sometimes. A decent but  hidden example of "golden cut": 1/3 nose cropped vs 2/3 nose visible. It´s just a detail I know, anyway.

This is lovely and elegant and personal, a very nice moment, and natural. The tones of the Fuji are great, I am thinking of selling my Nikon (which I am quite unhappy with) to get one of these babies (the X100), seems to render better imaging and tones for my taste.

She seems in good shape. Her glance goes far and probably reaches up to Tokyo where her sorrows will be placed (?).
The colors of the x100 look cool and elegant. (on my screen). I can imagin a model with M-compatible bayonet cap.

Another interesting view into your world - teddybear folders..is this normal for men this age? Still enjoying this project, though perhaps also a little cluttered..

There´s a lot going on behing the glass door. They really look like driven or steered by a remote control fromk somewhere. (I think I´m now on board on this blog, anyway facing some technical obsacles)

In addition, nice lines and depth here.  You can feel he's the man in charge, and his domain extends deep within the image.

I am happy to disagree with Will's assesment and defend this image for you Francis, IMO as a portrait it perfectly portrays the person and his personality, and what resposnibilties he has been entrused with, I would say pretty good corporate portrait.

Aye, nice one this. Unfortunate about the guy in the background. Perils of working in a busy office, eh?

Dunno about this one Francis. Seems too much of a snapshot to me. I think I'd have poreferred it if you got more of the background on the left (the workers) rather than that guy sticking out of his arm on the left (and the bottle). Why is his shirt so dam sharp?
